A discreet role for someone who can run the personal side of a principal's life.
Read the roleA Hong Kong based single family office is looking for an Experience Manager to run personal events, gifting, lifestyle logistics, and household operations for the principal. You'll work directly with the principal and own this side of the office.
A complete remit
- 01
A handful of significant annual events across Asia, Europe, and Oceania. You take the brief, choose the vendors, manage the budget, and are there on the ground for the moments that matter.

Gifting for a defined circle of family and close friends. You run the program end to end, including the institutional memory behind it.
- 03
Oversight of a small household team including captains, drivers, and domestic staff. Hiring, scheduling, performance, and day to day coordination.

Asset administration across the family's vehicles and yacht. Licenses, insurance, registrations, surveys, and renewals all sit with you, working with the relevant brokers and external providers.
- 05
Hiring other personal vendors as needed. Trainers, tutors, photographers, household staff for extended family. You interview, decide, and onboard.
The person we're looking for
Five or more years in luxury hospitality events, private members clubs, family office, bespoke event planning, or private client services at an auction house. Experience managing household or crew staff is a strong plus.
Strong English. Cantonese or Mandarin a plus. You're a self-starter who can brief a vendor cold and make calls without running every detail past the principal.
