How we handle your application.

When you apply through this site we collect only what you submit on the form: your name, email, phone if you provide it, LinkedIn URL if you provide it, your CV, and the cover note you write.

That information is delivered to the hiring contact for this role by email, encrypted in transit. We do not store it in any database, analytics platform, or third party tracker. There is no advertising or behavioural tracking on this site. The only cookies set are the functional ones required for the form to operate.

Applications are retained for at most twelve months from the date you submit them, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by writing to careers@theexperiencerole.com.
